"They were able to quickly come out and worked to diagnose the problem. After the Air Conditioner checked out the service man moved to the furnace where he found several issues. The furnace could have been repaired, but due to its age (30 years old) and the cost of repairs it was better to replace. The gentleman walked me through the options and helped me determine what was best for my home. He didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive option and I felt comfortable making the decision.
