Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"I called Christian Heating and plumbing for a second opinion because I was told by another heating contractor that my heating exchange was cracked and needed replacement. I didn't believe them for various reasons I won't go into but this is one of the biggest scam items and it is extremely costly. They came out right of way after I called and explained the situation and checked over my furnace and found no problem whatsoever with the heating exchange! They saved me a lot of money. The person who came was very nice, explained everything and assured me that there wasn't a thing wrong with it. I will use them again for all of my service calls.

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

"Very awesome work. The guys had called me when they were on the way. Considering i work the late shift. The guys came in they knew exactly what to do. They were there 45min to an hour possibly longer. But i have heat when i went to work. Very happy. I thought i needed a new unit. Nope fixed the heater and certified it. He was helpful in telling us of the different types of replacement options. After installation, he was very adamant about checking and double checking to make sure that the replacement of the new equipment was functioning correctly. He was very pleasant to talk to and kept us informed of the work he was doing.
