"John Carroll and his son John did an excellent job with repairs done to my 2 1/2 family house.  John was easy to work with and any time I needed to contact him, he quickly responded.  Pricing was on point.
     After the harsh winter and high winds, a large section of vinyl siding on the back of my house blew off.  Replacement siding was perfectly matched and seamlessly blends.  The siding on the front porch was buckling due to improper installation and it now looks great.
     Inside of the house three locksets were installed to replace original door closures in my 1895 home.  Three new windows were installed and now function beautifully.
     Overall, I am very pleased with all of the work they have done and would recommend them to anyone needing home improvements.  Thanks John and John.

"We hired Durable Remodeling to build a brand new front porch on our house, and it came out beautifully. We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. Dean designed both beautifully, and the entire Durable Remodeling crew worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. Throughout the entire project, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The porch matches the style of our house so perfectly that it looks like it has been there since the house was built. Unlike the others, you could tell that he was the kind of guy who does what he says; shows up; and does a quality job. He did all that and more and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Todd did more than the projects he was given - he referred the electrician and plumber who also did a wonderful job and having the three of them know one another helped tremendously - as they would communicate scheduling amongst themselves. Todd was also the point person who was there when the granite was installed and found someone to cut and re-size our existing granite. Todd listens to what you want to do; asks all the right questions, provides very thoughtful ideas and solutions. He gets it. He is there when he says he will be; the quality of his work is excellent. "This project was a relatively minor renovation of a bathroom: replacing sink, toilet, shower door, countertop, backsplash, mirror, faucet, light fixture, towel bars, and other accessories, and then painting. It went extremely well throughout. Superior was quite busy with larger projects, but the scheduling was quick, and the work was done when promised. Brandon could not have been more professional or responsive, his workers were all great, work quality was outstanding, and they were fastidious in maintaining a clean work environment, keeping dust out of the rest of my home, and cleaning up after themselves. Can't say enough good about them. Will definitely use again.

"The work completed we excellent and the installers were professional and thorough.  The only thing preventing an all "A's" review was some scheduling/responsiveness mishaps - bought off a deal that was fully subscribed, so it took a little longer than I expected to get the new doors installed.  In the end though, work was done well, and I am very happy with the overall product.
