"An inspection was done on my home and the inspector provided a list of HVAC and electrical repairs to be addressed. Evans Heating and Cooling reviewed the inspection report, and went through it with me. They identified that some of the items were indeed in need of repair, they identified items the inspector didn't notice, and they also found that the inspector was incorrect in some of their assessments. Evans to the time to thoroughly review the information, explain what needed to be done, and help me make an informed decision about which repairs and maintenance to have done. Additionally, Evans Heating and Cooling is reliable, trustworthy, dependable, and accountable. At one point, one of the repairs Evans addressed didn't take. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

I have no problem at all he told me all the details what needed to get done. I highly recommend him as he is very respectful and after the work he gave me a call to make sure that the AC is working."
