They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "Didn't even get to the job. Called 02/22/23 to schedule quote. Scheduled it 8 days out for 03/02/23 for 11:00. Called at 10:55 to inform his engineer went to the wrong address but both should be there shortly. At 11:09 texted to inform me no one was at my house and we needed to reschedule, despite me standing at the window waiting. After 30 minutes and several texts, confirmed he went to wrong address but too busy and needed to reschedule. Not very professional and very little respect for possible client."

"Mario, the technician, seemed very nice and knowledgeable The $49 quoted trip charge turned into a $220 diagnostic charge not including any service. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."

"Juliette fed us all the wrong information. She had the quote screwed up, measurements off, and misinformed us on the timeline. We where told a one day install and that the project would be completed in January or February which was 4-5 months after signing the contract. We just finished the project, total of almost 9 months of waiting, over a week to do the install. No one at the office could provide us a straight answer as to when the materials to do our install would arrive. Final product turned out nice, not a good company to deal with. Customer service is nonexistent with Granite Transformations."
