"In October 2020, I had a gas leak and I did not even know it until I was doing annual maintenance. The first company that came out made me believe that it could not be repaired and did nothing to mitigate the issue. They identified other parts of my boilers that needed to be replaced to avoid pipes bursting such as my expansion tanks and pressure relief valves. I agreed to get the repairs made. Sync Mechanical ordered the parts, kept me updated on the arrival time, and called me when they arrived so I can schedule a time. Sync Mechanical was also honest about their schedule when also responding to emergency calls of no hot water. I appreciated that because I was never left with false expectations. They were able to fit me into schedule even when it was very busy. It felt great going with a local professional company that were honest at every step of the way and large enough to handle multiple jobs in the Hudson Valley. I did not feel overlooked. I have been stood up by contractors twice before so it was really important to me that my time was not being wasted. The repairs were done within a day and all the old materials were disposed of by Sync Mechanical. I also received my invoice in the mail which made it easy for doing my taxes. Sync Mechanical helped me make an informed decision and also learn more about how my boilers work. I never felt like they were condescending and I appreciated their respect for family as well."

Omar came very promptly as I recall.  He was very methodical, not just asking what I wanted done, but suggesting a variety of ways things could be accomplished, always noting what would be more or less costly.  I like this.  Choice.  Then he gave a quote.  I ended up deciding to do the above.  He arrived a few days later with a two person crew.  They did everything in one afternoon.  Very professional throughout.  I subsequently called during the winter, when the Christmas lights went out.  His guys showed up an hour later, only to discover that water was getting into the extension cords.  When they shook out the water, the lights worked.  They suggested I wrap the connector end in plastic.  I did, problem solved.  Even though it was pouring rain, freezing cold and night time, they didn't charge and wouldn't take a tip!  I should have forced it on them.  Recently, when I needed some electrical work on an air conditioner that wasn't working, Omar couldn't come, but because he didn't want us to suffer in the heat, he recommended another electrician he calls when he's unavailable.  That guy was also fanastic.  Omar is not only good, he's a class act.  Loyal customer here.

He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.
