"Terrible. We decided to order new garage doors through the provider. After significant delays and a number of phone calls and other communications that were not returned, the doors finally arrived. We were asked for more payment as there were additional "issues" with the installation. We had another garage program ongoing at the time of delivery (we waited 4mo plus for installation after being told it would be 6-8 weeks), and were not able to accommodate the installation of the openers we had ordered. The provider asked for full payment with multiple promises of return, but never did after 6 months. We have a series of unreturned phone calls and communications.

"Joe and his team well exceeded my expectations! The job quote was fair and the work is great, I'm so happy with my "new" kitchen! Pedro sanded and stained my cabinets and they look like new. Mike took his time installing the new hardware and if any of the handles don't line up, I can't see it, they look perfect! We also had a screen door / side door frame that needed to be replaced. Joe did an excellent job. The door was more work than initially thought and Joe stayed until the job was complete. Joe showed true work ethic keeping at it until the job was done! "Paul called me and said he wanted to make a door inspection since I had purchased a big deal to replace my liftmaster that had stopped working.
During the inspection he was able to determine that the unit I had was fine/functional and that the trouble I was having was due to a manual lock being put on that I didn't know about.

I decided to go with them because of their professionalism, their cost and they were very very thorough in how they decided to frame out the garage because it was kind of a tricky garage. We just bought this house. The old garage doors were put in very poorly, so it needed new framing. I liked how they were going to go about the project. The owner came out and he was highly knowledgeable. We ended up having a little snag but they fixed it. They came up with a great idea. They were very inventive and thorough. I would highly recommend them to others. They got the job done right the first time. I don’t have to worry about the doors now. They were responsive. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary."

"Front door handleset jammed on Friday morning and we could not get out of house.  Had to go out through basement.  Worked on it for several hours and finally got open but latch failed completely. No way to keep door closed.  Already had new handleset anticipating need to replace.  After old hardware removed  discovered there had been multiple replacements over the years and there wasn't enough door left to install a new handleset.
Searched everywhere and found a replacement door in stock that "almost" fit our needs.  After viewing several videos on how to replace a prehung door in an older home realized it was likely beyond our DIY abilities.  Called several companies nobody was available.
When I reached Ed he asked questions about the old and new door  to make sure I was getting something that would work. Agreed to install that day or next.
I had to go a ways to pick up the door and didn't have it on site until late afternoon.  Ed came out early on Saturday.  He doesn't work Saturdays as he has young children. We were in a jam and he went more than the extra mile for us.  He and his assistant had to do a lot of creative problem solving to make the door work. Standard doors today are thinner and old door jambs are thicker. The threshold had to be rebuilt to accommodate as well. Six hours later we had a functional door that actually looked surprisingly good even without paint.
It was very very cold  and windy that day. There was no way to avoid being out in theweather to do the job. We watched much of the work (from inside) in actual awe as Ed faced one challenge after another with impressive cheerfulness.  This turned out to be a very very complicated installation.  We could not have done it ourselves in several days. We are so appreciative of both men's skill and work ethic and impressed by their problem solving skills..
