Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. When I spoke to Connie (a truly lovely lady), she said she would talk to the technician to see if he had the unit we needed so that we could have heat that evening.  She called back and advised me that he did not have unit, but could be out to us first thing in the morning.  She also offered up another company that may be able to help us right away because she didn't want us to be without heat on the coldest night in over 10 years.  The company she recommended was able to fix our unit that evening! 

To add to the story, Connie called me the next morning to make sure all went OK and that we didn't spend the night in the frigid cold.  That's right...she called me even though it was not Rose Brothers that made the repair. 

You just don't experience that level of customer service anymore, anywhere.  It's no wonder they have been in business for over 40 years.

"My 8 year old Kenmore washing machine died a quiet death on me. I immediately went to Angie's List for repair options. Mobile Appliance Repair was my choice and I wasn't disappointed except for the fact that I will have to buy a new machine since the bearings are toast and any repair would not be worth it. "For the last two years, I have signed a yearly contract with Sweetlands to do a twice-a-year check on my heating and air-conditioning service as well as On-Demand Gas Water Heater.....fall check before I use my heating system and spring check before I use my AC system. Each time, the service associate has been on time, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable when answering any questions I may have. I've even had Judy show up to perform the bi-annual check once! My annual maintenance contract covering twice yearly cleaning, maintenance and check of all three of my units (Heating, AC, and On-Demand Gas Water Heater) is $374/year."
