"The process started out well. Annette Hale's representative came out and appeared knowledgeable about HVAC unit replacement. Our choices were limited because I specified we wanted a Carrier-brand replacement if available. It was. We chose the higher SEER rated unit and the salesman told us it had a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. Oddly, he did not include those words on the estimate even though there was a place for it. The work started two weeks later. I was phenomenally impressed with the fellas' work ethic and general workmanship on my project. They happily answered my general questions and the entire installation looked great. Kudos to them on a job well done. In preparation of paying the bill, I looked through the paperwork the fellas were going to leave and could not find a mention of what the heat exchanger's warranty was. The fellas could not either. The salesman was called and he ended up being just plain unprofessional when he could not provide the information. I hung up on him and decided to not pay the bill until the heat exchanger issue was resolved. The next morning my wife drove to Annette Hale's business, and the Service Manager easily showed proof of a lifetime warranty before the bill was paid in full. We are very happy with the new unit's performance, and hope to count on Annette Hale's business when/if needed."

"Antonio did and exceptional jobs on 3 units, he fixed both of my units a year ago and they are still up and running despite the extreme cold weather in north Alabama. Antonio went far and beyond any other contractor, other companies advised me I needed to replace my units, and I did not have the money to have them replaced. Given that he is an electrician, he was able to fix the electrical boards and did not have to replace the units as others recommended . I recommend his company to anyone who is tired of false diagnosis and extra costs."

With my other quotes I had the sense they weren’t happy about taking that on but these folks basically said yeah, it will be, but this will be a challenge to look forward to. I like that. "Let's just say I saved a lot of money by having them come out and provide a second opinion.  ACE came on-site promptly and diagnosed relatively light issues with our units that were causing them to not operate correctly.  They performed some of the repairs to get some sections running that day, even in the 100+ degree heat we were having and came back in two days with a repair part to fix the remaining unit.  These units have run non-stop without any additional intervention.  Can't believe another provider was trying to tell us to replace the units for a very considerable cost when ACE was able to quickly see and diagnose the issues.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever dealt with....Price was lower than every other estimate I received even tho they gave me a 2 1/2 ton unit while price was cheaper than several other companies who gave me estimates for a 2 ton unit.....Even tho they were swamped an had other installs booked ahead of me and were booked for a month ahead already...the fact that we had no a/c during 90 degree temps they worked us in in less than 2 weeks and managed to get our old worn out unit working enough to make the 2 weeks bearable at no additional price other than the quoted price for the install of new unit...warranty was hands down better than every single other company I had gotten quotes from...This day and age it was a complete pleasure to find a company that still believes in this kind of customer service...I was looking to a complete replacement of our home's heat and air with such dread but they made it effortless,affordable,quick and the unit is cooling our house better than it has ever been...and our utility bill is somewhere around 20 to 25% lower than it's ever been...Outstanding company!!"
