"They were good. . Discussed the price, type/brand of the unit and the location where to install it. Exchanged some photos of the prospective job. He made assessments of the space of installation and determine that the unit we selected was too wide and may interfere with the wash tub. They made recommendations and modifications to properly fit the unit and correct the pitch of the exhaust that was incorrectly installed. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the job and hauled away the old/broken water heater. They were good and I would recommend them based on my experience. "

"They contacted me right away, set up an appointment, came and did a wonderful presentation that was on a Tuesday. I had other contractors in between. They already sent me their estimates. I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me. I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "
