"Nothing but good things to say about American Family Heating and Cooling - highly recommended. Tim was friendly and professional on the phone, and quoted all charges up front. Nick came out and had a great combination of informal but professional demeanor. And no objection to me looking over his shoulder as he worked!"

"I did a full HVAC replacement (2 furnaces, 2 AC units) with Shavitz and have nothing but good things to say. First, the quote process with Ken was both informative and honest. The installation team led by Mirek was great. They were efficient, clean and walked me through everything. All piping and ductwork was replaced in the utility closets and at the AC units and all was properly insulated. Their work is clean and clearly shows they know what they are doing. It was a two-day install and Ken made sure to stop by on day 1 to ensure that everything was completed as we discussed. The furnaces are even quieter than expected! It’s too cold to run the AC units and they will need a return visit to get that system activated but so far so good. I would highly recommend this team to anyone."

"The only time they had available was in the evening so I had to pay double the amount or a regular service call. I agreed to that because the temperature in my house probably around 40°. They gave me a timeframe for service from 5 PM to 9 PM and a service person would call when on their way. I was thrilled that Brett called me at before 5pm. Brett was very professional and thorough. He walked me through what needed to be fixed and prices. Within less than 35,minutes he replaced my broken igniter and answered questions about my desire to replace an 18 year old furnace."

"I recently hired them for central A/C installation and furnace replacement, and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. Everything is running perfectly now, and my home feels much more comfortable."

"They've put in a new furnace, water heater, AC, etc. They are very reliable, but not inexpensive. Everything they do is quality and they only work with quality people. I had a problem with the air compressor on our AC right after the warranty had expired. Cahill said that they work with that company all the time and that part shouldn't have gone out that quick. They said they would talk to the company and see that it is made right, and they did."

"Four seasons diagnosed my heating and a/c problems and recommended replacing my very old units. They began the installation on the same day. They worked nonstop to get the installation complete, so I would have heat that day. At 11:30 that night Jesus and Jose were done. Herberth came the next morning to set up the humidifier and test the A/C. The work area was left spotless. They explained everything to me. Their work is perfect."

"AWE promptly responded to my work request and kept me informed about my appointment status. Peter came to perform the work. He was very thorough and even discovered that the HVAC contractor on our new home installed 2 furnaces: a current year model as well as a prior year model that was more prone to breakdowns. Provided great information and would definitely hire again. Thanks!"

"They were fast & efficient. They got the job done way faster than I thought they would. We have heat!!"

"Phoenix HVAC is the only heating & cooling company I will ever use! They are thorough, professional and explain all options available. I never felt pressured to make a decision to repair or replace, and the final installation is impeccable... the job site was cleaned to a state better than it was before they started! They answered all of my questions and were extremely flexible when scheduling the work. Having the team @ Phoenix perform this work gave me peace of mind on the eve of sub-zero temperatures! Thank you Bob and the rest of the Phoenix team!"
