The owner Bart (who answers his own phone), responded promptly was clear and very gracious. He took the time to ask many critical questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis right away that indicated a possible issue with our original installation. Then even at a very busy time if the year when he could have just deferred, he offered to come out and verify what I had described and upon arrival he was exceptionally professional and thorough. We went through the history and situation surrounding our issue and instead of suggesting a complete replacement of our unit or even a partial but costly and inadequate repair, he shared a ton of knowledge and gave us advice on how best to proceed putting our needs first. While we did not ultimately need his service on this call, he has certainly earned my respect and will be our go to for future needs."

"I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. "It ended up we needed a new thermostat. The tech could have very easily convinced us that the blower motor had failed and required more major service as he first suspected. This was the 2nd service call on this unit in 3 months with same symptoms. I'm certain the thermostat was the problem during that first service as well since the tenant stated the main cover of the thermostat had fallen off the day before and the service tech "tweaked" the connectors on the thermostat AFTER doing his $350 service job on the main unit. We appreciate the honesty and quality done by Speedy AC Service and will definitely give them a call when work is required on any of our other rental units."

Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."

"I received a call from Jamie telling me the tech was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and professional. The tech called to let me know he had arrived. He showed up on time. Explained the situation. Had the part in the van. Replaced the part explained everything was very professional. Would recommend them if someone needs an AC company."

"The filter was replace and reinstalled on the interior of the apartment so it would not be exposed to the elements. The insulation on the coolant exhaust line located on the roof was replaced. All the work was expertly performed and the technician cleaned up the work site after he had completed his work. The technician was very professional and efficient throughout his work onsite."
