The technician hooked up the low pressure side and not the high pressure side and said temperature looks ok. I asked how do you know if I need a pound or two of freon, he started going on about the cost of Freon I called booking number a Couple of days later I called and told them why I didn t take them up on their service plan, nice guy but didn t check the level.
