"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"PERFECT! PERFECT! AND MORE PERFECT!
 We found this place called Trust Builders, LLC, on Angie's List  (Of Course), and James (people call him Jim) had answered the phone. I called him up on the phone letting him know what the situation was, and how bad it was. Jim did a perfect job with everything that he did here. First of all, this is a very hard working man. I have never seen anyone take out LARGE portions of walls apart, so meticulously, so perfectly neat and with precision skill. The wall sections that were damaged were removed and discarded. Jim gets right down there in the wall, and takes out ALL of the dangerous BLACK MOLD by removing that harmful horror that we lived with for so many years. He was working so vigorously and managed to vacuum out everything that was such a difficult and tedious job.
Jim worked for many hours on his first day at the house, RE-building the beams that rotted out on the first wall that needed work. Everything to perfection. The next and last visit to work here, was just as industrious and he just works his heart out. This guy worked so hard, we felt that he was really true to his word. He gave us a written estimate of EXACTLY what work needed to be done, and to the mark, we paid that exact price. In fact, the verbal price we were quoted at the beginning was higher than what we actually paid, due to the fact that the second wall was not as rotted as the first, and required less work. Jim told us that himself, he didn't mince words or take extra because it didn't require as much work as the first wall. Very Honest, Jim let us know right away, there would be a REDUCTION in our estimate.

I'll tell you something, this guy puts hard work, sweat and strength into his work. Jim KNOWS this business. He acts like a  PROFESSIONAL throughout, he was prompt, and got started almost immediately. He even ran out to get the materials after he was here, showed us receipts for all he purchased, and even left us the extra materials!   I would ABSOLUTELY hire Jim again on the spot. All I can say is, a job like this takes a lot of precision. If a contractor doesn't do the work correctly, harsh chemical black rot irritants could become airborne. He was very careful and we got kicked out of the room to the upstairs (nicely) for our safety. He cleaned every bit of the areas that were worked on, that the area didn't even seem like anyone worked there. Only that it looked so much better. Great Job. If you know anything about carpentry, if it isn't done right, it becomes a real big problem.  The price that we received for all of this work was unbelievably reasonable. VERY REASONABLE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT WAS REQUIRED OF THIS JOB. Friendly, Professional, Business - Like, and knows the business. Is there ANY reason to use anyone else? I recommend Jim for this type of work. You wouldn't believe all of the other beautiful woodwork he does. I've seen it in pictures.  Everything as promised here both in work detail and in price.  WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY? AT THE END OF THE DAY, WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED. Hire again?  ANYTIME!  YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT  : )

"I've never hired a contractor in the past of any trade and have the job go as smoothly as this one, from estimate to clean up. Rich the owner is both professional and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. His crew works quickly and they know their trade, they missed nothing. The owner was on-site to check on things both days it took to complete the job. On top of all of that he was by far the most fairly and reasonably priced than all other estimates (4 in total) I got. I don't know why anyone would pay more (for their roof) or go with anyone else considering my new roof looks flawless for the price I paid. Remember every roof is different, so every price is different. My roof required complete removal of old shingles on my single story home with extended garage, replaced rotted plywood (6 sheets) and reinstalled new architectural shingles with all the standard modern upgrades my roof needed. Ridge vents, ice shield, dek armour (upgrade from 15 pound felt paper) ect.,the list goes on an on. On top of all the new and improved features I also needed 3 skylights repaired (to industry code), 2 bathroom roof exhaust vents and 1 automatic exhaust attic vent installed. My roof looks like I spent 20k on it but it wasn't even close to half that. The cleanup went just as flawless as the roof. I haven't found a nail or a piece of shingle anywhere on my property yet. In my opinion there is no need to scroll down any further."

"I had hired Nick a couple of years ago to paint the outside of the house I was living in. His men did an incredible job. When I bought my apartment, I called him in to do the work. I did not even bother to get another estimate. He is expensive, and worth every penny. He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician  hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting."
