It turned out to be just a clogged sensor hose from use not getting the furnace cleaned yearly and not replacing the filters often. However, they still were still kind enough to book it to the warranty at no cost to use even though they normally charge for cleanings. Some kind of split happened in the company and a new company sent ads to all the former Kelly Brothers customers. "They also do plumbing. Everything is top notch there too. The first time they came it turned out we had to make an insurance claim before he could make the repair. He waived the inspection fee and we got the insurance claim done. The insurance hired clean up people. What happened was that house has 3 levels and the lowest level is slightly below grade and it requires a sewage ejection pump to get things up to the septic system. The sewage ejection pump failed and there was raw sewage in the basement."

"These guys are top notch at what they do and deserve the high ratings they’ve received. It was such a relief to have them competently and efficiently handle the huge mess in my basement. Ron responded to my Sunday evening call, arrived first thing the next morning as promised and got right to work with his partner Dan and son Anthony. They put down waterproof floor protection upstairs (from the front door to the basement door) even though they used the basement walkout door to remove the dripping wet (heavy) carpet/padding and to move their high grade equipment in and out. They worked hard, did a thorough and efficient job, and were professional and communicative throughout. It’s a challenge these days to find workers who are honest and genuinely care. These guys are and they went the extra mile for me. Once I solve the problem that caused the flooding, I have no reservations about hiring them again to do the rebuild. I’ve attached photos but could not get them to sequence correctly. Hopefully you’ll get a small idea of the mess they cleaned up. I am grateful to have found them."
