"Work performed was excellent. After initial inspection of the furnance revealed that a component needed replacement, discussed repair or replacement of the entire 18 year old HVAC system. Decided to go with replacement of the whole system, which is more energy efficient, uses a more enviromentally friendly refrigerant, and is more effective. Every person that worked on the system arrived on schedule, was courteous, answered questions clearly, and did outstanding work. I was impressed with the service provided by the owner, Julie, and every individual on the inspection and installation team. Plus we are getting $1,000 in rebates. Highly recommend them. "Professional phone interaction, appt set up to visit for estimate. Estimate given, accepted, dates chosen for work to be done, depending on when materials arrived- had to special order. All work done as promised, noted a change in color when doing job, pointed out a different color, better option- thank you for pointing out! which I agreed to and am very happy with. HJMartin agreed to accept my SCRIP as payment for services rendered, so my grand child's school benefitted too! Carpet looked nice and clean, heavy traffic area. dried nicely, no wetness residue. All furniture moved. One area rug did not clean up well, left some streaks, could have been my rug? I did not pursue further. Happy with work, would use again. Couldn't get other company to come out and give me an estimate so am not sure if could have found a better value for work done? <br />"

"My initial contact was with a sales person.  He was very informative, including telling me how insulation he thought needed to be added; explained number of baffles being used in new construction and suggested increasing number of baffles from what were in attic to new standard; gave me pros and cons of adding insulation over garage.  He did not oversell.  Promptly sent me a quote; they held to their quote. <br /> Two young installers were very knowledgeable.  I did not understand how baffles are installed and how they work.  Lead installer Jordan demonstrated with a baffle before going up in attic.  Put down plastic sheeting to keep floor and carpet clean.  They had to bring the hose inside almost the entire length of the house.  Newly painted walls so I asked them to protect the corners.  They immediately took large pieces of cardboard and wrapped each corner. When finished, they invited me to look at the finished installation (from the attic entry; walking on the insulation would have defeated what had been done).  Made sure any bits of insulation that had fallen onto carpet were cleaned up. <br />"

"Eddie our salesperson was great!  He listened to my concerns that I had and confirmed what I thought was the problem and expanded and found even more issues, much to our dismay.  The good news was that everything was correctable.  The bad news was the cost.  I knew going into this project how much it was going to cost me but I was unaware of the issues so that is not Leaf Guards fault!  Eddie spent about 4 hours total at my house running varying tests and showing me the products available.  I really learned a lot about my issues and realized that other roofers were just willing to show up and slap a new roof on the house and not correct the issues I was concerned about.  After talking with Eddie and being educated I knew that Leaf Guard would solve my issues.  The scheduling guys were great.  They kept me in the loop as to when they expected to be there and called me with weekly updates.  They were about three weeks out at the time.  With weather we got bumped back a couple of days but was called promptly to make sure it was alright with our schedule.  Very professional!  The first day Lucas, Diaz and the crew showed up at 7am, just like promised, stripped the roof down, replaced some decking, put in a new skylight, and re-roofed the hose.  They were done by 4pm including clean up.  Unreal!!  It looks beautiful!!  The next day Corey and crew showed up at little after 7am, just like promised and ripped off the old gutters and installed the new Leaf Guard gutters.  They were done by 11:30 or so.  Again unreal and beautiful job.  Now all we need is our new Dr. Energy insulation which is coming in the next month or so and I think all of my mold issues, and heat loss/heat gain issues will be solved.  I will update after the insulation gets done. <br /> You will not find a better crew of folks or more professional people top down.  I could not recommend them any better.  The work speaks for itself!!  Again I will update after the insulation gets done....can't wait. <br /> <br /> Update****  WE got our Dr Energy a few weeks later and it was done beautifully and on time.  It has been a mild fall so hard to say if it will make a difference this winter but I can't wait. <br /> <br /> The gutters work great!  When you get a monsoon it works better than my previous gutters so I am very happy with these! <br /> <br />"
