I entered the information of what I was looking for and I got a quote right away from the owner and a phone call to answer any further questions I may have had. Pricing was almost 1/2 of the quote we were given through another company. Videos are available that describe the different windows they offer. With being busy, this made the process of purchasing these windows so easy and we didn't have to meet with someone 2 or 3 times before purchasing. They owner is always available to answer any questions via email or phone. No payment is required until AFTER the work was done. Once we secured signed the contract for the quote, our windows were ordered and installed within about 4 to 6 weeks. We couldn't be more pleased!!! Definitely consider this company for your next window purchase!"

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home. "When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Kevin did an excellent job on a variety of projects including hanging a very heavy piece of art, installing a handrail and patching some plaster. He worked quickly, completed all work in a professional manor and performed a thorough clean-up when he was done."

"His name is Rod. He is fine but the guy he has used for years, the contractor Les. I talked to Rod and somebody was supposed to come out but after 3 phone calls nobody got a hold of me so I just quit calling. Nothing major but I spent a lot of money. I was just a little disappointed because Rod was pretty good. It was minor like my door is sticking and I can't figure out what the problem is. And then I had some windows that were slipping down and Rod said Les would be getting a hold of me but he never did. I have an old house and they really messed up my window frames on a couple windows because they are all wood. If he had said you know these window frames are old and this may happen but he didn't. I was really surprised when I walked around and said hey my windows are messed up, he just looked at me like I was crazy. Not all of them, just a couple. I did shop around for windows at different places and the other places were outrageous. Rod told me they had a special going on so I got the next better grade up. Even if Les had called me back and said hey I'm not going to be coming back out. OK Now Rod called me back all the time and he suggested some things that I never thought of. Like shutters for the second floor. I liked his creative because he suggested different paint and things. Rod's professionalism was an A but Les I would give a C."
