Everything went smoothly from start to end, no surprises.  Bill showed up on time, installed the new door with great attention to detail, addressed all my concerned and left the spot in ideal condition. It's been almost 6 moths since we have the new door and we love it.  Planning to hire them again for entry door replacement.  Would definitely recommend Ethos to anyone looking for a door installation/replacement.

We got the tubes installed and made sure to go over maintenance (cleaning, changing batteries in the nightlights). I'm seriously giggling with delight at my new tubes."

He was able to work with us within our budget and made sure the work was done to code so it would pass inspections. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.
