"Exactly as the same as the first time I air sealed my attic in my previous house. Last year when we decided to sell our house I was inspecting my house as I would have if I was purchasing it. I noticed a small (1/4") gap between the master bathroom vent fan grill and the ceiling. I could not adjust it. Upon further inspection I realize it was because the foam that was installed when my attic was air sealed had expanded creating the 1/4" gap. I had that work done two years prior by Houle Insulation. I contacted Arne and inquired if he had any suggestions. His only suggestion was that he would correct the problem. Two days later he had two workers in my attic correcting the issue. Just like the first time, they were prompt and cleaned up after the work. I offered to pay, he would not have it. He said he should have noticed when the job was originally completed two years prior. There was no discussion or haggling, he simply said he would correct it. As impressed as I was with the lower energy bill, I was more impressed with how he and his team comported themselves. Also my house was more comfortable because the temperature was more uniform within my house. This year when we moved into our new house, built in 1992, the first thing I did was call Arne to air seal the attic. My choice of whom to hire for air sealing my attic was a no brainer, Houle Insulation. They also performed a blower door test. They also sent in all the information required for me to receive an energy rebate from my utility company. The best recommendation I can make is that when I decided to air seal our new home the first person I called was Arne. He made a wise decision to correct what needed with correcting without any questions. He did what should have been done, and therefore he got my repeat business and I was happy to give my business to him!"

"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

We feel we got fine service and  a reasonable price.

"Two man crew and a supervisor occasionally showed up, but the two men were BETTER then i had every anticipated.
I'm not sure how long the two men that installed my eGress have been doing this kind of work, or how long they have been working for Greene Construction Inc, but they have been trianed in great.
They took very good care of my home and of my property, the detail of the exterior and the interior is a wonderful addition to my home.
 I had choice to go with a wooden treated exterior WELL , instead of the metal one, so again the two men crew hand dug the hole, CUT a hole into my house, as i came and went, I seen them use what seem to be 3 different types insulation around the window, some kind of thick tape, some kind of wired sticky expanding foam, and what ever else, and small pebbles rocks which are about 10 inchs below the very bottom of the new installed eGress window.
Just two days after the job, we had some serious rain, and i had no fear to my home, but 3 hours after the rain had stop, I went to the exterior to check just how the new WELL had head up, if it had any water pooled, and as the crew told me, there should not be, and there was none.
SO would i use Greene Construction Inc, again, YES, would i recommend to friends or others, YES.

"Paul did a fantastic job. He was easy to work with, cared about our expectations, was creative in his suggestions, and he was very detailed in his workmanship. He also checked in a few times throughout the week to see if we had any questions or had any comments for him.  Our rooms were initially dingy, outdated, and closed in; now we love being in the new updated space!  It's modern, fresh, open, and bright. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"Mark and his crew showed up on time (Friday morning) to perform the work.  They initially laid down pads and painters sheets since blowing in cellulose insulation can get quite dusty/messy.  They performed the work exactly as described in the bid.  Insulating my attic to R60 (up from what it was of R12-15) and filled in all the joists, etc.  They even build a wooden platform around an air handler in the attic so it can still be maintained with ease.  One of Mark's co-worker spent most of the time in the basement fixing the frozen pipe issue.  He applied insulation and sealant in a crawl space near the main water line and reseated an air vent behind the wall, while applying more insulation.  He even went to a local hardware store and procured a vent to cover up a hole in the wall we wanted to leave exposed so warm air can flow through (didn't even ask or think to charge me for the vent).  The job lasted about 6 hours (which was exactly what Mark quoted).  They cleaned up with a shop vac so the house looked very clean when they left.
All in all, was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and service provided by Mark and his crew.  I proudly displayed a sign in my front yard advertising his services to others and would recommend him to family/friends.
