"Heat cool did an excellent job at our property, they installed a ductless heat pump with four heads. We are cool in the summer and warm in the winter!"

"We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that Home Heating and Cooling gave us. We have some special needs and though it may have been more difficult for them, everyone was more than happy to adjust to meet our needs. We highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling for your home needs!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Thomas took care of the routine maintenance on the furnace and heat pump. He answered the questions we had and was very helpful."

"The company gave us some options to choose from and after deciding which heat pump worked best for us, they schedule our unit to be put in right away. The tech did a great job and was very knowledgeable. he explained everything he did and explained and showed us how to set our thermostat on our new unit."

"The service Technicians did a great job and seem very experienced."

"Jon from Seasons Change responded quickly and was very helpful to get an accurate quote as well as answer our many AC questions. The installation of our AC unit was perfect and the work area was cleaned up afterwards. They have already reached out to conduct a follow up inspection just to ensure everything is working as expected. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installations or repairs."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
