"Before Chris even had my business, he spent almost 2 hours on the phone with me talking about the different options that would work best for my well. After we decided on a solution, a few days later he called back to change the plan in order to save me money. By purchasing a specific combo, he was able to get a better deal from the supplier. Instead of pocketing that money, he passed it down to me so my final invoice was less. I received multiple bids for my pump and controller install and Blue Line was very competitive but I didn't choose them for the price. They have great service! As a note, I have not used the pump as I do not yet have power on site. I will need Blue Line to come back out to finalize the install. But I have full confidence I won't have any issues with my new 30gpm well pump."

"8/27/2021: Jeff and crew arrived early and had a new well pump installed within 3 hrs. They had to reschedule other appointments to fit our emergency repair in and we couldnt be happier with the service provided. Called Hardie Enterprises LLC Monday around noon. Told them our well pump had quit running.. They dropped everything and arrived early the next morning. Even though the pump they brought was the wrong one they were able to. get the right pump and complete the job by 11 am. I am impressed with the speed and efficiency of Jeff and his crew. However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work.
