"I did not use any of the recommended Contractors, you should change this “survey” to allow the user/ homeowner to enter “other” rather than forcing them to comment on your fixed list of contractors. Your approach forces folks to skip your survey altogether since none of the contractors apply. I used Home Depot who contracts out to ARS Rescue Rooter. They performed the most detailed review of my home for the estimate and their prices were most reasonable. I was 100% satisfied with their service."
