Took pictures to show us some areas of concern in our furnace and suggested we should be thinking of replacement in next year. The furnace is over 15 years old, so this is not a big surprise. We have a maintenance agreement with Anthony’s, so there was no charge for the check up. The replacement of the humidifier water panel was $87.00. That included parts, labor, and tax."

I had wanted Pendant lights installed & he was the only one of 3 estimates that informed me that it would not be cost effective for me as the ceiling would have to be cut away and that would leave me with repairing the ceiling ( he would do it) then having to paint the entire ceiling to insure that it was a uniform color throughout. "Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. "The people they sent out came out, they came out , I think about 4 or 5 different times. I talked with the technicians and said, "this is ridiculous, the furnace is old" and he said, "we agree, but they only want to do the patching". They would patch it and it would break, they would patch it, and it would break. Finally, I said, "I want a new furnace. What do we have to do to do a new furnace. You've been out here, this is like the 6th time," and he said, "I'll have my manager write something up", and so they did and they replaced the furnace. They tried. They were more interested in patching things than replacing things. They were willing to send out 4 or 5 different parts. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."
