"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! I was so impressed that in the Spring I'd like them to come and do some masonry work for me. Highly recommend. "Great job. Our fireplace was falling away from the house due to water leaks and rotted wood. We hired Chimney.com to remove the old insert, rebuild the support, remove the brick surrounding the fireplace, install a new insert, and replace drywall. Long story short, they came, they saw, they fixed. The work was done on schedule, the team was thoughtful and cleaned and vacuumed the work area each day before leaving. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely hire again."

"It turned out fine. I have no complaints. The work was performed on time. There was some additional work that they prescribed, that we conducted. The fire box in the fireplace was missing some tiles. So it was a safety matter that they pointed out to us, and they repaired it. They charged extra for the extra service they performed for the safety matter. I am always cautions about providers up saling, but there was a true safety issue with the fireplace. It was a legitimate up charge. I can't think of anything they could have done better. I always reserve A's for people who do super super exceptional service. These guys were good, but there wasn't anything super exceptional about them except they were on time and did the job they were supposed to do. The thing that stood out the most to me is that they were on time."
