"They were the first - and only - company to call back after our A/C stopped running late the night before. The temperatures were up to 80 in the house by 6 am. Justin and Preston were very professional and knowledgable. They identified the problem and while Preston ordered the new part, Justin performed maintenance on the unit. The part was not available and had to be overnighted. Preston returned with it the next day and had the repair finished within an hour. I signed up for the maintenance program - also reasonably priced - and feel like these guys will keep our future heating and air conditioning issues in check."

It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. "Fast response after submitting problem. AC unit details were too faded to read so Carl came by to give find out what parts would be needed and give a estimate the same day. His estimate was lower then I had expected since it needed more work than past repair work. He showed up the next morning on time (actually early) and had the AC going before the day got hot. His price ended up on the low side of his estimate. And having it repaired within a day was a added bonus. He also removed spice lines and went direct, and made sure to replace the capacitor to insure proper compatibility. I have found my new HVAC repair person."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
