"HVAC went out about a month ago and I attempted to diagnose the problem by switching out the thermostat, as that solved a similar situation, in a different house, once before. Well, it didn't work. lol I submit a quote at the last minute through Angie's List and Jeff called within 5 minutes and scheduled a tech to come to my home within the hour. Mike showed up and was very respectful of my home and space. Unfortunately my thermostat and furnace is upstairs, the unit/heat pump is outside in the backyard, and the breaker is out front. Needless to say he got a lot of exercise. There were a lot of little problems that needed to be fixed before he was able to get to the main problem of why my heater wasn't working. Mike communicated the problems and provided recommendations and was overall a pleasant tech despite the difficulty in trying to figure out what was the underlying problem. Thankfully, after about 2.5 hours, ($100/hr) the heater was working again. Should any future problems arise, I will call upon this company again. Thank you to Jeff and Mike for your quick, efficient, and friendly customer service. I appreciate it"

They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning."
