". The first visit-. After reviewing the choices on Angies list, I read the reviews for the plumbing doctor and decided to call. John answered the phone immediately, and agreed to come fix the issue the next morning which was a Saturday!! Asked me to text the info to him, gave me a time range he was going to arrive and texted 10 minutes before arrival. Evaluated issue and fixed the clog immediately. Cleaned up after work completed and as stated above gave pointers on how to avoid future problems. Second visit of repairing tub in another condo. Again was flexible with range of times. Worked around my schedule. Due to unusual turn off valves for my condo unit, John had to return 3 times without issue and fixed the issue within 20 minutes and also checked the toilet and found that there was an issue as well and fixed it immediately without coming back for an additional visit. Worked well with our condo management company and our maintenance guy Knowledgeable, timely, efficient and communicated throughout both issues. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

"My wife and I live in a house built in the 1950's. Waste water was backing up into a sink. An exterior cleanout needed to be installed and Robert and his crew turned out to be the answer. They were not the cheapest quote nor were they the most expensive. The job was expertly done with care taken to keep the operation as clean as possible. Except for one small glitch in the scheduling of the work, the job was accomplished beautifully (if you can say that about a cleanout) and all drainage has been restored to normal."

"My 87 year old Mom called with a plugged up sink on a saturday, so I called and they were able to get someone right over to her place. The sink got replaced and an attempt was made to repair a leaky toilet. The suggestion was made to replace my moms toilet with a new taller on. That was a great idea. I was given a quote and info on the toilet promptly. They installed the toilet later the same week. 
   At my house they installed a new faucet and gave me several options for replacing the pressure booster pump. I felt the options offered were well thought out. The quote on the other hand was just much higher than I felt reasonable. I did still want to give them the work so I offered to but the new pump, remove the old pump and be responsible for the warranty on the pump if the would like to install it and charge me time and material. They prefer to charge "by the job" which is what they should do if thats what works for them. Think is the quote was over $1500.00. I figured it was a couple of hours work plus materials of $250. To me I whish they would have offered time and materials because I, just a doit yourselfer, removed the old pump and installed the new one in about 3 hours including two trips to the hardware store. I spent less than $200.00 for materials. I figure if I regular guy can put this in in three hours a plumber should be able to do it in less time and have access to better tools and techniques than I.  I understand that professional licensed labor needs to be paid just as any profession. They have a large investment in tools,trucks and training however i think that hourly rate could be less than $500.00.
   All of our lives are effected by the internet, for instance in this case it would have been hard to find and investigate. These days with a few clicks we can find great products and great prices and an idea about the installation difficulty.

"I highly recommend F3 Plumbing. They were not only the fastest to respond, but Sam, along with Ron, were also very knowledgeable, consultative, and pleasant to work with. They also were reasonably priced. Sam's son Steve, was also very diligent and did a great job on a challenging project involving replacing a busted cast iron pipe buried in foundational concrete. It was a messy job, but they were very respectful, keeping things clean as they went in and out, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing in the future."

"We were suffering with a loud fog horn like sound whenever the hot water faucet was turned on in our bathroom sink. Brian arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional as he analyzed the situation. Since there was also a small leak after turning off the cold water, he provided a firm quote to replace both cartridges which I approved. Getting started, he found it extremely difficult to disassemble the faucets to get down to the cartridges since all of the components were fused tight. Working methodically and carefully, Brian was able to complete the installation without harming the faucet. But in all honesty, I have never seen anything that was more difficult and that required more patience. Brian successfully completed the work and stuck to his quote even though it was much more difficult than anyone could have imagined. I would like to thank Brian for all of his efforts and also The Scottish Plumber for taking such good care of our plumbing needs over the years. Brian is a credit to his profession."

"Ted came out took a look stated that I would need replacement eventually, but he could get me running in the meantime. Not making any promises he gave me some options I was willing to try. Let me just say I am no longer living in a sauna and I am staying cool at 71 degrees thanks to Ted and Tritan Plumbing. They are my HVAC team I will use in the future because I can trust they will tell me the whole story and not go for the easy out when in a bind."
