He spent several hours combing over the house and then gave us a summary as well as an opportunity to answer questions. He produced an extensive report same day that included photos, and commentary. "No issues with the work - but poor professionalism. The contractor wanted proof of payment - even though we provided a printout of the angies list contract. It was more than a 5 minute discussion - which is not acceptable.
Scheduling window is 1/2 day - was given a 30 minute headsup call - but came an hour later. 
Another minor issue - no booties - so dust from basement walking came to hardwood - cleanup.

I had to sweep and vacuum up. When they say you will be out of your home for 24 hours they are not kidding. Fumes pretty noticeable. Able to return after 36 hours."
