"We have used Mr. Ledlow's services in the past as well. In a different house, he completely installed Central heat and air in a home which had previously only used window units. He and his crew worked, literally, from morning until night to make sure it was done and done properly! Three years later, my son (who currently lives there) is still happy with that job. In the meantime, he has come out twice to do minor repairs on our current home's central unit. When it finally gave up for good, we knew who to call! Ledlow's will always be on speed dial for ANY heating & air work we ever need!!"

"No air is awful in Alabama ... Mr. Lee was early, super fast, and got our part needed covered under warranty even though initially they said no! Awesome service and value ... Our new AC guy for sure."

"Joseph is a very professional and all around good guy. He explained everything he was doing. He was very clean and polite, and very professional. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him to everyone. I wish all AC service companies were as pleasant to deal with as this guy."

"Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.

"terrific! The repair man came on a Saturday, and had the unit fixed in 20 minutes. Very personable. Will definitely do business with this company again."

"I had purchased a big deal for the service. I had a little difficulty getting a hold of them, but when they showed up they were great, and did what they were supposed to do. I paid additional for the vents. I think they are probably market price. He worked hard. Everything was fine after I got a hold of them, but it was just the initial contact."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
