"These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond to not only do the work right, but also to conceal the lines running up our house in gutter. They couldn't find gutter that matched what was on the house so they went out and found paint and painted the gutter to match perfectly. Whereas most contractors we have to continually watch and ask to change things, these guys did things right without us having to ask. Their installation crew was awesome and braved our 140 degree attic for three days to get the job done. They promised they would have the unit installed and running on a Friday and stayed until 9:30pm to get the job finished.

If you want an HVAC system, call these guys. They also had the cheapest bid. We put AC in our upstairs and our entire house stays cool now.

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. "I hired this company to replace a furnace and air conditioner in July. It took several weeks and phone calls to repair a problem with the installation. It then took a couple of weeks for them to return to set the unit up for winter. They continually used "were so darn busy as an excuse. They also agreed to install a garbage disposal even though they stated they usually did not do residential plumbing. They never found the time. So imagine my surprise when I saw they were advertising a residential plumbing special Angie's List. I have made a number of requests for the warranties for my units, to no avail. They may give you a good price, but after that, good luck."
