"The HVAC install for both a 2 Ton & 5 Ton system was completed over a two-day period, with the engineers showing both a professional and friendly attitude. Both units were completed with zero disruption to the house and initially the system seemed to be working well. However, after a few days I asked for a return visit as a part of the house seemed to be quite warm. After checking the 5 Ton readings, this unit was not being supplied with sufficient air. An additional inlet plate and large ducting pipe was added going into the 5 Ton unit within 2 days of finding and solving the problem.
