"Replacing an HVAC system is never fun, but Courtney and the installation team made it a great experience. Communication was prompt, professional, and personalized to our needs. Courtney did a great job of explaining the options with specifics (others placed I contacted were either condescending or seemed bothered to have to answer questions). They did what they said they'd do, they did it well, they had a professional and personal approach to their work. I feel we received a high quality product and high quality service. I am very glad that I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I make the decision who to go with for this very important, not inexpensive investment. If I had gone purely with advertisement or which company popped up on top of internet searches, I think I would not be as satisfied with my decision as I am now. Reviews matter!"

"It went very well. Installation of two floor model hyper-heat, Mitsubishi heat pump, mini split system along with electric breaker and circuit. I highly recommend Joe Leal and his company Air Pros of S.A. Joe gave me a qoute on the Mitsubishi mini split by text and email the same day shortly after I contacted him. He answered all my question over the phone and also when he came to the house to determine the size and where to place them. Joe, Sammy and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation of the 18kbtu mini split in my dining room and the 12kbtu in my master bedroom. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Joe spent time going over the functions on the remote and answering questions about maintenance, etc. I can't say enough good things about Joe, Sammy and Gabriel and highly recommend this company."

"Replacement was made quickly and properly"

"The job was done efficiently and competently. I've signed up for a service plan. Time will tell whether it is worth the money, as there is not really much done in servicing a working AC/heating system."

"I highly recommend DilMak Services ! They replaced the entire duct work of a house built in 1957. Another company said it could not be done without cutting through the ceiling since there was only 12â Attic crawl space. They quoted me the price to tear into the ceiling where the ducts would be installed, the price to install along with the price to repair the ceiling. DilMak came to the rescue and made one hole in the ceiling and magically changed all ducts. They were finished in one day and the price was significantly less since they didnâ t have to tear through the ceiling ! They were very respectful and courteous as well! Did I mention I highly recommend them? :) Donâ t waste anymore time looking! Hire DilMak!"

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."

"Replaced old electric water heater just as promised. Best value without sacrificing product quality. Initial quote was reasonable/competitive, but company stepped up and provided an installation upgrade package to make them the best value."
