"The work and professionalism from Integrity Roofing was great. Everyone from office staff to the young man who came to do the repair were excellent. After I sent in a request for an estimate they had called and scheduled a time for someone to come out and take pictures of damage , sent an estimate and scheduled a day and time to do the job took about a week. Everyone I dealt with,Chris, Virginia, Daniel and Robert were very nice and explained all steps."

"Travis and his coworker were very friendly and professional.  We had a few hiccups because they didn't have a tall enough ladder for the install.  They went and rented a taller ladder and continued the install only to find out that the down rod that I had wasn't compatible with the new fan.  So the crew was at my house for most of the morning and wasn't able to complete the job. 

I rescheduled for the following week and had the correct down rod on hand and they finished up the work.  The install ended up costing about twice as much as what I was hoping for but I have to take blame for most of that for not having the proper part.

All & all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use TD Services again in the future.

"Paul came out to look at what I needed to have done and to give me an estimate. I was impressed right away when he was here about 10 minutes before his appointment!  I live in a rural area outside of Boerne that isn't accurate on GPS programs, and most people who come here are usually late.  He looked at everything and sent me an estimate the next morning.  He said he was busy for about two weeks, so we set up a date for him to do the work then.  He came the first day and caulked and prepped  the dry wall areas and pressure washed the garage doors. He also looked at the interior paint I had, and we decided on the color for the garage doors. The next day he and his assistant arrived, on time again, with the garage door paint and finished the repairs and did all the painting. Everything looked perfect. He matched all the finishes and paint so that even I can't see where they are, and he cleaned up so nicely you couldn't tell any work had been done!"
