"had original rotted T1-11 siding as sheer wall replaced with plywood sheer wall, hardy blueskin, and hardie panel siding. also had vinyl replacement windows and sliding door taken out and milgard ultra fiberglass installed instead. all work performed to high quality standard. good flexibility for our participation in the process. very focused on customer satisfaction. would definitely recommend to others who know what they want from their window/door/siding contractor."

"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."

"In addition to being prompt, responsive, and professional Carlos does great work. My initial call was returned within a few hours and he was at my home doing a walk through of my projects within a few days. His prices are very reasonable and while he works quickly and efficiently, he also takes the time to make sure things are done well and thoroughly.
Overall, Carlos spent a few days at my house - some of the projects were a bit more problematic than we initially thought thanks to an older house, but he stayed until the work was done. In addition to other repairs, Carlos repaired / restored an original 1949 interior door that must have been kicked in by a previous owner. It was a bit difficult, but he spent some time trying to make it right. I didn't expect perfection because of the type of damage, but he didn't feel comfortable charging me the full amount because it didn't meet his personal standards (even though I was satisfied with the result).
Carlos is a keeper and I'm extremely happy to have found him. He's honest and hard working and has a lot of integrity around the quality of the work he does. He's someone who I feel comfortable coming to my home and I will definitely be using him for other projects and upgrades around my house.

"Eric is very capable, and polite.  He worked quickly removing the old wiring and control, plus taking out the old motor and chain system.  Eric tightened all the wing nuts on the wooden garage door, and oiled the complete new system including the track it runs on.  Eric moved the garage control button to a new place, and explained to us the extra security features it had, that our old system did not have.  Eric worked quietly and in less than two hours he had the new system in and working well.  He laughed saying, "I can do this work in my sleep".  It was obvious he takes pride in his work and enjoys doing it!  I gave him a tip too.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Excellent.  This is a two day work order.  They provided me with a preparation check list to do prior to their arrival (which I complied). The checklist also explained what work they would be performing and what they would not be doing.  They arrived promptly. They began repair on the 2' x4' sheetrock in the ceiling (caused by upstairs leaking toilet upstairs) . They encased the house with plastic so that they popcorn ceiling could be removed. Then they retextured and painted all of the ceilings.  They cleaned up and performed a walk-through of the completion of work to address any concerns if needed. I was very happy with their quality of workmanship.

"The initial visit was productive - they took measurements, we discussed the window options, and they were willing to honor the commitment I had received on the phone prior to purchasing the Big Deal that the deal included a certain type of glass, even though according to the field sales rep this was not supposed to be part of the deal. They came and performed the work a few weeks later. At one point as I was watching I had to remind the installer that he should seal up under the window frame with caulk, or else and water that got in wouldn't drain out. He said "oh yeah" and then did it the right way but it was a little disconcerting. The windows have performed well and look pretty nice, except for a minor issue with this one 2" strip of vinyl that they attach with adhesive over the gap on the inside between the frame and the wall and then caulk - the caulking job is not super pretty and the strip itself is coming unglued from the window frame. I've called twice and left messages about having them come to fix it and have not gotten a call back. I will try again, and if they are still not responsive I will consider lowering my rating. Overall, the sales force gets an A and the installers a B or C for an overall B.
