"We have been a Palmer customer for 6 years. The front office and the technicians has always been great to work with. We have been using their AC and Heating Service Plan and on automatic oil and propane fill for years and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today for the AC Service Plan. The technician (David) was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and home. It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system. Our AC system is well over 25 years old and still running strong thanks to Palmer. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

"This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation."

"It ended up in a $500 deal.  They ended up finding mold in the air return so they ended up doing mold remediation and then they found more and I told them to just go ahead and do what needs to be done.  They seemed like they tried to up sell me a little bit. "

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Tyler & his team were very professional and thorough with repairing my tankless water heater. Tyler was quick to respond to my call for a repair service call and took the care to be as neat as possible during the repair and cleaned up nicely when the service was completed. TOP NOTCH !!!"

"They came out when they said they would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for repair/replacement during the visit. Within a few days they scheduled the replacement work."

"Scheduling was challenging. On the first attempt, the service guy never arrived. When I called, the scheduler said there was some computer error, apologized, and rescheduled. On the second attempt, the guy came and did the service, then recommended having the expansion tank replaced. I was supposed to get a call to schedule the follow-up service, but never did. I called a few times and left a message, eventually getting a callback from someone who was able to schedule the service. Once again, the first attempt was a flop. They sent out a heating technician, not a plumber, to replace the expansion tank, which he was not certified to do...and he arrived late. On the second attempt, the plumber arrived on-time. He was very professional, efficient, and did great quality work. He made a recommendation for some other plumbing work after I asked him about an issue we had been having. He told me to call the company to schedule the work. Once again, I struggled to even get the service scheduled. This time, I gave up after 3 or 4 tries. I'll be contacting another plumber to get the work done at some point."

"Called Hudson Heating and spoke to Gill. He was super nice and told me a couple of things to try since I am a bit of a handyman. What he told me over the phone fixed the problem and saved me a service call. You don't get people like this today. He could have taken advantage of this situation and come out for a service call. I really appreciated what he did and I will use Hudson in the future for any and all of my needs. I highly recommend Hudson and Gill."

"The company removed the propane tank, with no warning at all, as my tenant was cooking a roast for a dinner party. The tenant did not owe anything. I, as the owner, did not owe anything. Checking the propane account online shows that the account is up to date, with zero balance owed, and has been so for at least a year. They removed the tank because a different tenant, in the other unit, owed a balance, but they had never made any attempt to notify me as the owner (they have my address, but instead just left notices on the door, which the tenant removed without telling me. As a result of their reckless, unwarranted and inexcusable actions, I may lose a good long-term tenant and thousands of dollars of income. And instead of apologizing, their agent was rude and nasty. Would never do business with them again."
