"Since I have two furnaces, two air-conditioning units and a whole house air filtration system, it was too expense for me to afford the yearly service costs. Ed, the technician, and Steve, the Service Manager, helped me find filters that will help with my allergies and asthma and yet were affordable. I used the "Comfort Care" plan, which has discounts for parts and includes service for all my units."

"Had a new HVAC unit installed and they did a great job! George and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was reasonable. I’m very happy with their work and will definitely use them again if the need arises. I even recommended them to my 80 year old mom and she was very impressed as well. Mom and I highly recommend!"

"I hired Jackson PM for my air conditioning installation! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job installing the new system. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up when he finished, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work and how quickly my home was cooling down. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional work. It was a great experience from beginning to end!"

"They will be on my list to contact if i need a plumber in the future. This job was time sensitive and we just could not line up a time for an estimate for the job."

"I had Sanchez Heating and Cooling replace all of my ductwork and install a new gas furnace, condenser, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team was professional, showed up on time, and explained everything they were doing throughout the job. They worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and there were no surprise charges. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. My home is much more comfortable now, and the new system runs great. I would definitely recommend Sanchez Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for honest, high-quality HVAC work at a fair price."

"I’ve had Jeff Davis at my home to check out the system so when I called Aire Care they do not work with Liberty Home Guard warranty system. So, I proceeded to work through LHG and was told it would be about ten days to give a quote. Well the gas furnace was declared DOA on my furnace of 27 years. I knew it shouldn’t take more than a half hour to quote my furnace so that’s when I realized the LHG company was a decoy to say we really don’t want to do this so we’ll drag our feet on this one. I took a survey on the internet and it pointed me to Aire Care (Jeff Davis company). I inquired with them and their salesman came over and gave me a quote. That’s when I decided to dump LHG and sign with Aire Care Knoxville. The next day LHG came through with slightly better quote but that was because they knew they were being dumped. All in all I’ve had a calmness about going with Aire Care as everyone is nice and very professional. So thanks Aire Care of Knoxville to allow warmth to come back to us"

"Advanced heating and air solved our problem of an uncomfortable sunroom. They offered solutions, options, and information about a great system that was new to us...the Gree mini-split. We chose the Gree. The indoor components were slim-lined and fit right in with the room. The best part is that they were whisper quiet. (Also the outdoor opponent). The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Advanced heating and air for making our sunroom livable and enjoyable. Reg and Linda Jellicorse"
