"I’ve used Carlson Heating & Cooling twice and have been very satisfied both times. In 2024, I had them inspect my furnace and AC. They arrived on time, were professional, and gave my system a clean bill of health—without recommending any unnecessary repairs. In 2005, when my AC stopped working, they quickly diagnosed a dead compressor and recommended a replacement. Impressively, they waived the $225 charge for the initial visit and parts. The replacement was completed on schedule, exactly within the estimated cost. The technicians were friendly, informative, and professional throughout the process. They also cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no mess behind. I trust Carlson Heating & Cooling completely and will continue to use them for future service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a system check-up, repair, or replacement."

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"In december of 2010 my furnace went out and left my wife, daughter, and myself in the cold! i called several places to get a quote and to see how fast they could get here. we decided to go with ALLSTAR INSTALLATIONS. Chris from allstar was very prompt and professional. he came out to look at our furnace the same night. He determined that my furnace needed to be replaced, and started the work the next day. well, we went through the whole winter without one problem! very impressive! we just had ALLSTAR back last weekend to install our AC unit for the house. we used it this weekend, and again, no problems :) we recommend ALLSTAR INSTALLIONS, and will continue to use them for our home projects. thanks chris!"

"Install went great. We were very well taken care of. Jeremy and Dylan took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was in working order. I will recommend them to anyone I know seeking HVAC or electrical work."

"The guy arrived on time and replaced the heating element in a professional, timely manner. Great job!"

"Very fast, very prompt, and much less expensive than I expected. Furring boards over garage door, behind siding, had rotted due to unsealed installation. In an afternoon, everything replaced and sealed. Quick, prompt, courteous, and inexpensive. Definitely will hire again."
