"Green City Heating & Air Conditioning was phenomenal to work with. During a busy summer, Jeff made time to visit my house and talk through all the options for heat pumps – and explained various pros & cons of the systems so that even a first time homeowner like myself felt knowledgeable and empowered to make a decision. Once I made a choice for a heat pump, his team stayed on top of notifications throughout the supply chain crisis of 2021, keeping me up to date about when the equipment would arrive in order to schedule the installation. The installation team were totally professional, friendly, and quiet! They were courteous around the house and very mindful not to let our cats our while working at hour house. The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. I would absolutely call Green City for any future HVAC needs. 10/10 highly recommended."

"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

"Technicians were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They knew exactly what to do and completed their work in a straightforward and timely way. As Steve and Mario replaced a fuse and performed other maintenance tasks, they were able to answer many questions I had about the heat pump, and what i might experience throughout the winter as the heat pump defrosts itself, etc. It was such a positive experience that I look forward to calling them with any future furnace or heat pump needs!"

"Arrived on time and worked diligently. The heat pump was installed and is running correctly. Cody was informative, efficient and I would highly recommend Cummings."

"Honest, competitively priced, close attention to detail and great customer service. After careful analysis of what my needs were and within my price range, a Ductless Heat pump was installed. This system has reduced my heating bill over $100 a month. I love it! I highly recommend this company."

"Prompt, clean quiet, professional, good price. Pretty much what you would expect for your money. Heat pump and air handler and some ductwork changes. I'd recommend them."

"The guys that came out were no nice and professional. I felt so bad for the electrician because the day of the install it was pouring rain out. He was such a trooper. Great guys . Love the new heat pump and especially the thermostat!"

"We had a great experience with Fred and trainee Deshawn during the maintenance of our heating and cooling system. They were both friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. Thank you both for the excellent service!"

"I had a 4-Zone Heat Pump installed and couldn't be happier with the result. Richard Scott was quick to do an estimate and was very professional, no pressure. Oleg and his team did a very good job with the installation that took a day. The electrician also did a good job, it was done in half a day. The price was fair and competitive compared with the other cotractors who came by. As Richard said, "Enjoy your new HVAC." We are definitely enjoying the benefits. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Northwest Expert Heating & Cooling !!!"

"You wont find a better HVAC guy anywhere. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and makes sure his customers get what they want and need. I appreciate that he takes the time to give people options. He installed a heat pump for my mother and was kind enough to make sure she knew how to operate it. He even taught her how to take care of the filters, and offered to schedule a maintenance to make sure it stayed in good working order. This is a company that will show up on a weekend or after hours on a no heat call to take care of his customers. Alex is amazing."
