The installation team were totally professional, friendly, and quiet! They were courteous around the house and very mindful not to let our cats our while working at hour house. The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. "3 Head Heat Pump Install: The Pro's that came out and did the work were fantastic. They ran into a delay but didn't let that prevent them from finishing the work same day. Sean (HVAC) with his HVAC team and Lucas (ELECTRICIAN) were very professional and courteous in every aspect of the project. The only reason I gave a 4 is because of a 10% increase in the original bid that could have been avoided at the time of the initial visit and estimate being provided. David did make a concession on the price which we accepted because the Pro's worked so hard to complete our project."
