And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition.
