"Needed to have several doors re-keyed for my daughter's new home. Had terrible experience with another "locksmith" and did not use them. Called West Hartford Lock, my husband spoke with the office manage, Kathy Cerruto. Could not have been nicer, more professional, or more helpful. Someone went to my daughter's a few days later and re-keyed several locks in not too much time. VERY reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and use them again."

"I contacted several locksmiths to open a locked closet door. Walter was professional on the phone and able to get to my home within the hour. He arrived on time and opened the lock, educating me on the process while doing it. I asked about having a key made for the lock and he explained, due to the brand of lock, that I could take any key of that brand and re-key it myself. This impressed me, as he could have easily charged me more and made a key for the lock, but he was honest and saved me money."

"<br /> He was here for about an hour or an hour and 10 minutes.To add insult to injury the man never cleaned up, even though a broom was within reach,He took only cash or debit card - immediate payment expected.. This was not a company looking for repeat customers. I'd say avoid them if possible."
