"He put a on/off switch on AC unit for overflow pan, reattached a condensation line for the AC unit, and cleaned and serviced our AC unit. He came when he said he would come to our house. Very nice and professional. Explained everything that needed to be done and what he did and showed us. Very affordable. I will recommend him to anyone that needs any kind of heating or AC service."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The service turned out well. They did exactly what the deal stated. They did a good job. Scheduling was fairly easy."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Thomas was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He provided excellent professional service at a reasonable price rate. The Air Conditioning system is working well and cooling properly now. I will definitely recommend Thomas. Thank you."
