I told him it might be a couple of months due to a kitchen remodel; he had no problem with that. A couple of months later, I called him and told him we were ready to go. He called me back within 10 minutes with a range of days & times. I chose the next day in the afternoon. That day, the office called to say the workmen were finished early, and so they were a couple of hours earlier than expected (which worked for me). It took about 3+ hours. Ron and Travis were very careful and took care to clean their feet when coming in from outside and from the attic. They explained what they were going to do beforehand, and consulted with me with any deviation from the plan. I could not be more pleased with Devin, Ron, and Travis. "When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"It went fine.  I had one situation where they put vent on the top of the roof but on backwards and they replaced it. Overall, they did a good job cleaning it but that was a little reckless, I thought, a little careless. They did a good job cleaning the lint out but the only problem I had was the way they put the vent back on. "
