"Unique Home Design & Remodeling were hired to demolish and rebuild our master bathroom. The remodeling included everything such as the: bathtub, large shower, 2 sinks, custom size vanity, toilet, several mirrors, new lighting fixtures including LED lights, heater and fan inside the ceiling, new paint, new tiles on half walls all around and new marble floor. This whole remodeling project took them 3 weeks and Steve who handled everything, made sure to keep it at the same price that was agreed before we approved the work. Their price was significantly lower than the other 3 estimates that we got from other local contractors. The installers and sub-contractors came to work on time and they worked (Monday thru Friday), respectful, well-mannered, careful and qualified. We will hire them for their services again without any question or doubts. They also made sure to cover all the floor near the working area and carpets to prevent any damage to the house. They also blocked off with plastic sheets the nearby bedrooms in the house, such as the living room and dining room."
