"The installer, Mark, was amazing. He explained everything, asked questions and did a great job. Also, the basement looks nice, big improvement. Quality materials and a cool wall system. LED lighting in the drop tile ceiling and a floating floor system. I paid cash, no financing, and got a little bit better discount than the offer with financing. That's good if you've got the money saved up and set aside for something like this.  <br /> The basement was finished on time as promised and looks great. We had an issue with it not warming up on cold days and after some back and forth, Comfort made it right by installing a 72" baseboard heater in the room. Not the most elegant solution but it looks alright and most importantly, it works. They did not charge anything for this and that's a testament to a company like Comfort that stands behind their product and work.  <br /> We're considering some other work around the house, including windows and patio doors. Will definitely get a quote from Comfort. <br />"

"Scott had done our driveway last spring, following driveway replacement.  Could not have asked for better quality service.  As the newly installed driveway "drank" a large amount of product, Scott recommended applying a second coat the following year. Called Scott in late October, when the weather had turned rather cold.  Despite wanting the job, Scott, very honestly, advised me not to have it done at that time, as the nighttime temperatures were forecast to drop into the low 30's, increasing the chance of "cold damage" to the product.  We agreed to have Mr. Drummond call me if we had an "Indian Summer" forecast.  True to his word, Scott called over this past weekend, shared the forecast for the coming week (multiple days in the high 60's to low 70's) and scheduled to seal the driveway today.  Scott arrived exactly when he said he would--battled with continuing falling leaves, and again, left us with a driveway that looks great.  <br />      Both his attitude, as well as his work ethic, are exemplary.  We will continue to use Scott, going forward, and have no qualms about recommending Secure Seal to friends and neighbors.  Thanks again, Scott, for a job well done.  Stay warm this winter and be careful on those roofs......rich & debbie <br />"

"I just had my house raised almost 3 feet because of past flooding along Lake Ontario. I hired Josh (AB Capital) to foam underneath the house and add insulation in my attic. The morning Josh and his wife Stephanie arrived, my pipes were frozen. They created a temporary barrier for me, set up a propane heater to blast warm air in the temporary enclosure, and thawed my pipes so I would have water. We rescheduled the insulation installation for the next morning, but again, my pipes froze overnight, so he set up something more sophisticated and my pipes quickly thawed. He and Stephanie then went to work in freezing temperatures to do the job I hired them to do, and I couldn't be happier. Last night, my floor was warm, my furnace was able to cycle on and off normally, and my second floor temperature was finally comfortable (not too hot), AND I had water in the morning.
