Once I made a choice for a heat pump, his team stayed on top of notifications throughout the supply chain crisis of 2021, keeping me up to date about when the equipment would arrive in order to schedule the installation. The installation team were totally professional, friendly, and quiet! They were courteous around the house and very mindful not to let our cats our while working at hour house. The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. "Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "All went according to plan. Justin (hope I remember that right) was promptly at my home on Saturday morning. He explained what he was going to do (check the furnace) and verify operation (he found two contactors/relays that were starting to age and recommended replacement soon.) After doing the furnace checkout, he proceeded to get ready to go under the house. We laid out a large covercloth to prevent dirt on the carpet and down he went. All said and done he had the main bedroom vent open (it was jammed by the vent cleaning company) and provided me an option on the air leak. The technician Justin was friendly, explained things completely, was always respectful of my home and me, and was a pleasure to have do the work. He obviously knew his job and completely answered all my questions."

"We recently hired AllRed to install a soft starter on our heat pump, and there were some issues along the way that was not the fault of AllRed. The soft starter module, which another company makes, burned out our compressor. AllRed quickly resolved the issue by replacing the compressor and getting us back online quickly. They honored their service, warranty, and commitment to putting the customer first, even in a difficult situation like this. It goes to show that they are honest and care about their customers. "They went to bat for us over a heat pump that died. The company that manufactured the heat pump knew there was a problem and Puyallup Heating has been really good at helping people get a new one put in. We had to pay $150 for them to write a letter stating this was another heat pump that was installed and the part had malfunctioned again. We had a call back a week later and they said they weren't going to do anything. We paid $150 for a letter and they're not going to fix it? She was very gracious and said "I agree with you, it shouldn't be that way, this hasn't happened before". She said, "let me see what we can do." They were able to come back and put a new heat pump in. They were very punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They are very professional.  They really helped us."

"Price was competitive and I was scheduled very quickly. Nate and Ian were my technicians. Install began before 8am and was a difficult install given placement of heater in 2nd story attic amid beams and joists. Install lasted almost 14 hours. They were troopers and worked diligently and happily until the end. I was well-informed throughout the process and they didn’t leave until I had heat restored to the home.
