In the past two years they have installed a new gas furnace boiler, two gas fireplace inserts and now a new gas hot water heater. In each instance, Jeff and his crew have been very prompt about attending to our requests and providing us with an estimate. On the day that the work was to be done the work crew has always arrived on time and finished the job as scheduled. They have been very professional to deal with. We are very appreciative that they were able to work us into their schedule so quickly this last time as going without hot water is a bit of an inconvenience. "Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. "They went to bat for us over a heat pump that died. The company that manufactured the heat pump knew there was a problem and Puyallup Heating has been really good at helping people get a new one put in. We had to pay $150 for them to write a letter stating this was another heat pump that was installed and the part had malfunctioned again. We had a call back a week later and they said they weren't going to do anything. We paid $150 for a letter and they're not going to fix it? She was very gracious and said "I agree with you, it shouldn't be that way, this hasn't happened before". She said, "let me see what we can do." They were able to come back and put a new heat pump in. They were very punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They are very professional.  They really helped us."

"Price was competitive and I was scheduled very quickly. Nate and Ian were my technicians. Install began before 8am and was a difficult install given placement of heater in 2nd story attic amid beams and joists. Install lasted almost 14 hours. They were troopers and worked diligently and happily until the end. I was well-informed throughout the process and they didn’t leave until I had heat restored to the home.
