"While the work New Image Flooring initially did seemed great, we quickly found a couple of problems with it. Namely, the washer they installed does not work: it leaks water all over our floor (actually damaged our new floor) and we are going to incur the additional expense of a plumber to fix it. New Image refuses to fix it, saying that they just installed the washer, and basically that they didn't guarantee it would work. This strikes me as a strange idea: that they would charge us to install something but not guarantee it would work. We will not work with them again, and do not recommend them. We are very disappointed."

"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. "LG's men were prompt and professional. They demo'd and removed the old tub and installed a new pan and ceramic tile on the new shower walls and ceramic on the floors. The they took out the old carpet and old vinyl and hauled it away. They installed our new carpet and kitchen and laundry vinyl. We were pleased with the great workmanship, timely installation and fair price that the LG crew provided."

"Lee (Dodley), the owner, came with several toolboxes of specialty devices and tools specifically built for carpet-stretching. He showed us why the carpet had a sizable 'hump' in the middle of the floor, moved furniture as needed to stretch carpeting in two rooms, and then expertly stretched the humps out of the carpet. He really knows his craft, was careful to prevent damage, and did the cleanup afterwards. He was fast, and charged a fair price. Carpet looks great now, and he guaranteed his work. A true professional start to finish!"
