"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Mike and his crew installed a ducted mini-split at my cabin which was new construction. During the install they had great communication and got the job done on time. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

It was good. It has been a while back, it has been several years ago. Maybe 2 or three years. They did it for me for a customer. I am a contractor. I was fine with it, but the customer was not happy with it. The customer was unhappy, I think, with the attitude of the installers. He was saying they had to be paid to be paid that day, yet they were late getting there. They got there and she was not going to pay them before they did the installation. The end customer was not me, but the end customer was not happy at all. They did come back, and I think they sent another crew. The installation was fine and everything worked well. The end of it worked out well, but it was the initial attitude of the first crew they sent over, if I remember correctly. The price was fine; there was no problem with the price. They did a great job on quality.  What caused the problem was that they did not show up when they said they would. They did not show up when they said they would; they showed up at the end of the day. Their professionalism was average.

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The crew arrived on schedule and began immediately with minimal fuss.  This was clearly a company that had all the requisite experience: they had hazmat suits, face masks and other protective gear, and worked very efficiently.  The job proceeded like clockwork.  Whenever I would come out to check on progress, the team leader would explain what had been done so far, what they were doing at the moment, what to expect next, and when they expected to finish.  They finished way ahead of schedule, cleaned everything completely and asked for me to examine the work to see if I was satisfied and to see if I had any questions.  The team leader also had a couple of suggestions re: controlling the impact of humidity in the future, and said if I had any further questions later on, to call him immediately.
I did not shop around for other quotes on this job, but given the fact that they not only supplied a full crew for up to two days (although in this case it only took them a day, partly because our crawlspace was roomy enough for them to operate freely), but also supplied all the replacement insulation, PLUS all the remediation work, I consider the price to be well worth the results.  I would definitely use this company again.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
