"Yesterday was the completion of our window installation with the Nirvana windows from Zen Windows, We are absolutely thrilled with the Zen windows quality and are so happy with the meticulous installation by your two installers Roland and Everett. The quality of the Zen windows stands out compared to the windows that you replaced but the workmanship of the windows, ease of opening and closing as well as the ease of closure and sturdiness of the Zen windows are outstanding. Now for the installation of the windows a part of the package some people can’t understand or don’t realize how important that is with relation to the complete window replacement experience, Roland and Everett were outstanding. They both respected our property as though it was their own, they cleaned up every area they worked but not at the end of the day but whenever the area needed to be cleaned. They picked up debris after each window install and each trim install. They kept their work area clean at all times. They both were so easy to talk to and answered all our questions and concerns. The trim work around each and every Zen window is beautifully done and looks expertly finished. The finishes of the Bay window are so nice and having a one piece four pane window shows the quality of the Zen windows quality. Thank you again for the Zen window experience and thank you for the great installation by your work crew. We have already recommended Zen windows to a few of our friends and neighbors. "Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty."

"Let me say that I purchased the deal of 4 hours for $179. Galen went and purchased the light fixtures and wood for the door and we had an additional 2 hours so that's why the total was $587. Galen arrived with his crew and they went to work. I am so pleased with everything they did. I am thrilled to have found Keenan Handyman Services and will definitely call them again. I am looking to have them install a garage door opener, paint the interior of my house and add on to my deck. They just did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.  Thanks for a job well done!!!"

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"Jeremy was punctual and professional. The appointment was easy to make with fast scheduling. I received an in-depth presentation and walk through of my home. He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. A few days later I had a question and he responded right away. I loved the system so much, that I referred my mother. Her system was installed a week later. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems."
