The team was professional, courteous, and efficient, replacing the system in a few short hours, and kept us apprised of developments. When the installation was done, Logan walked us through each system, their respective manuals and documentation, and our new touchscreen user interface for the entire HVAC. Our family has had the new HVAC system for a few weeks now, and it functions beautifully. Our home's temperature and humidity is much more comfortable, and the system is quieter, easier to use, and less expensive to operate. We have had a service contract with McCrea for about eight years--since our last home--and will continue to have one with them. They are super reliable and professional. Highly recommended."
