I sent them an email and on the next business day I got a call told them my problem and they said they would take a look by the end of the week. I gave them the combo to my house and a few hours later I got a call back and he had already been there and explained to me what the job would entail and what types of stoves he could install with the space available. He new the price and labor costs on 2 and got back to me a couple hours later with the information on the 3rd. We agreed on a price I made a deposit and he ordered the stoves. He started the job 3 days early and finished before the original start date. He sent me photos of the work done and advised that he would meet with the new home owners to explain how to operate the units. I was so thankful to have this work done in a timely and reasonably price fashion. I would highly recommend Preferred oil and propane for any heating needs. the customer service was amazing. Every time I sent an email it was promptly answered."
