Oregon Heating juggled existing appointments in order to find time to install a new one so I wouldn't have to be without heat during the cold winter days. They cleaned the house air ducts at the same time. All was done quickly, courteously, and professionally. I've continued to Oregon Heating for yearly furnace checkups, and their technician, Dave, is a delight: polite, personable, and patiently thorough in answering all my questions. "My furnace motor failed and was quoted $ to get it temporary fixed. With the age of the home, I choose to update the furnace, thermostat, and heat pump. I was on business trip and was unable to attend to the needs of my family. Yet John, came to the rescue. He came by quoted me the prices. Rapidly sent me information on my options, and gave me an install timeline. I ordered new system through John, as time was of the essence to keep my family warm. He overnighted the the Heat pump and furnace, and showed up the next morning on time to install. By 2pm that day he had completed all the install and we had heat again, with a new updated system. I am not easily impressed by contractors, however John and his team at Absolute Temp Control went way above the call of duty. I can find no fault in anything they did, and would HIGHLY recommend their services. They are honest, quick, and prompt. They communicate extremely well, and even registered our products for us."
